Communication is something you do.
You can read about it. Watch someone else do it. Learn the techniques. But becoming a stronger communicator requires something else: practice.
Our programmes are built around the Human Voice Studio Curriculum, an original framework designed to develop communication across seven interconnected layers. Participants work across a broad range of capabilities, from how they use their voice, language and body, to listening, questioning, presenting, storytelling, collaborating, improvising, influencing and leading conversations.
The work is practical and highly participative. People speak, listen, experiment, receive feedback, reflect and try again, gradually expanding what they can do and amplifying their own voice rather than learning to communicate like somebody else.
Programmes can be delivered over several weeks or adapted into more intensive formats for teams and organisations. The curriculum provides the structure; the format is designed around the people, context and outcomes.

Every programme includes ongoing evaluation and progress tracking. We establish a starting point, observe development throughout and measure again at the end, giving participants a clear understanding of their strengths and where they can continue to develop.
